Tryker is an online fashion ecommerce platform that allows users to browse sarees and fashion products, add products to Try Box or Buy Box, and purchase products through our website.
2. Try Box Service
Try Box allows eligible customers to try selected sarees at home before making a final purchase decision. This service is available only in selected serviceable pincodes.
3. Buy Box Service
Buy Box allows customers to directly purchase products without home trial. Buy Box orders may be delivered through Tryker delivery partners or third-party courier partners depending on serviceability.
4. User Account
Users must provide accurate name, phone number, address, pincode and other required details for order processing and delivery.
5. Product Information
Tryker tries to display accurate product images, prices, descriptions and availability. However, slight colour variation may occur due to lighting, screen settings or photography.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Payments may be made using available payment options such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or cash on delivery where available.
7. Returns & Trial Products
For Try Box orders, customers must return unselected products in the same condition as received. Products should not be damaged, altered, washed or used beyond trial purpose.
8. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before trial scheduling, depending on the order status.
9. Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, seller location, courier partner and serviceability.
10. Prohibited Use
Users must not misuse the platform, place fake orders, provide false information, damage trial products, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Tryker is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by courier partners, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
